Victoire Blouse - Joli Lab

Victoire is a blouse that can be made into a short dress with a romantic and flattering cut, designed to be sewn with an interlining for a lovely sheer effect. You can make Victoire with short smocked sleeves or 7/8-length sleeves (reaching the top of the wrist), a plain or ruffled collar, and a plain peplum or one embellished with two layers of sheer fabric.
