The banana bag (fanny pack) sewing pattern offers 3 sizes and 3 shape options, to accompany the family in everyday activities. There's a basic shape option, an option with 2 panels in front to work two-tone effects and a shape option with flat pleats in front. The back can also be made simply as a basic one-piece or with a zipped pocket.

Full lining. Wide zipped opening for optimum convenience. Inside pocket, optional outside zipped pocket. Optional back handle. Adjustable shoulder strap and faux leather or leather pompom.

The neckline of the dress is delicately scooped. The front of the bust is gathered, and the back is cinched with an elasticated waistband. The remarkable detail of this pretty sewing pattern: the pleated, twisted cuff, almost like a trademark of your hand-sewn creation (this detail is the same whether you choose the buttoned cuff finish, or the simplified cuff without button version).
