- Recommended fabric: dry oilskin, oilskin, linen, 8 -12oz denim, wool, corduroy, cotton twills or canvas. A heavier weight cloth will result in a more structured jacket. Linings: cotton voile, lightweight linen, cotton poplin, lightweight wool and slip linings.
